Daily Duties at High Point Kidney Center :
Scheduling, interviewing and training all new employees, BLS classes, conflict resolution, patient conferences and contractual agreements, submitting monthly patient lab draw data to nephrologists for recommended changes in hemodialysis prescription, communicated any changes of condition or concerns to physicians as needed, reported pertinent data to upper management on a regular basis as required
