Full P&L $17M budget; 47 personnel and a fleet of 45+ trucks; directed a full onsite maintenance shop, operations, sales & office staff; maintaining relationships with public officials and large strategic customers; re-branding the business after the business was acquired; negotiating service contracts with outside vendors; implementing new safety policies & procedures; installing a new telecommunications system; maintain compliance with all DOT regulations & requirements; rebuilding the onsite leadership team; rebuilding the sales team; hiring qualified safe drivers; eliminate business conducted in franchise areas; develop & mentor the office, operations & safety managers.
