Built organization for multiple product launches over the course of six years. Hired team of 11 managers and 120 representatives to deliver on top line sales objectives. Directly accountable for leading several regions in Midwest and Southeast with P&L responsibility of $250M annually. Worked with managed care division to drive profitable access for key brands. Also collaborated with marketing brand teams to develop strategic initiatives across the asthma and cardiovascular markets. Developed recognition and reward programs across the organization as part of the incentive compensation.
