Daily Duties at Kroger Company:
Managed a group that was responsible for providing Direct Store Delivery Support to 800 Kroger Stores in the Western Half of the Company. Acted as First Response to DSD Specific Cost, Retail and Contracted discounts. Coordinated with Division and General Office Sales Promoters and Category Managers to ensure accurate Vendor Costs at store level. Responsible for Annual Performance Reviews and Employee Development. Collaborated with Leadership Team on developing Best Practices for all associates at location, ranging from Job Aids to Team Building.
