Daily Duties at Kroger Company:

Managed a group that was first response for providing support to 1,100 Kroger Stores in the Eastern Half of the Company concerning store specific issues and Data Experts for regional issues, including Retail, Tag and Advertisement opportunities. Coordinated with Division and General Office Sales Promoters and Category Managers to ensure store data integrity in effort to maximize Sales and Customer Experience. Responsible for Annual Performance Reviews and Employee Development. Collaborated with Leadership Team on developing Best Practices for all associates at location, ranging from Job Aids to Team Building.
