Daily Duties at Dcc Property Management, Llc:
I designed and implemented the business system applying for proper licenses, registration and insurance. The company needed someone to hold a Michigan Builders License so I took the preparation courses and passed all sections of the state exam on the first try. I designed all the web page development. I also wrote all the subcontractor agreements and contracts with the banks and realestate companies. I made all the sales calls and initial client contacts. I was also responsible for recruiting, hiring / firing and training for the field service and office data input and invoicing. Responsible for quoting work requests and developed a standard quoting process for the data processors to use repeat work requests.
