Involved in all aspects of international and domestic project development, project finance and transactional work from due diligence, negotiations to drafting. Extensive international and domestic travel involved. • Directed Company’s activities in October 2007 to successfully raise $85.5 million in a 144A private offering, managing Company staff, outside securities counsel and all aspects of the Company’s efforts for the offering. • Directed Company’s activities in October 2008 to successfully list its stock for trading on the New York Stock Exchange Euronext, managing Company staff, outside securities counsel and all aspects of the Company’s efforts for the listing. • Co-Directed company’s legal efforts to successfully acquire 6 hotels in Lima, Peru in 2007 and 5 casino locations in 2008. • Directed Company’s legal efforts in 2009-10 to form an entity with partners for the construction of a 5-star hotel in India. • Directed Company’s restructuring efforts during 2010-12 to sell over $60 million of casino and hotel assets to pay down debt and restructure approximately $44 million of existing debt. • Directed Company’s efforts to structure and negotiate a series of contracts in 2013 and to sell the Company’s hotel and casino operations in the Philippines and Costa Rica.
