- Managed client portfolios and provided client satisfaction by building strong client relationships. - Performed deposit growth transactions, savings, investments, checking, money market accounts, and Certificates of Deposit (CDs), and domestic/international wire transfers. - Processed client assets and HELOC loan applications, secured & unsecured loans. - Conducted financial account reviews, adjustments and debt evaluation. - Consulted clients on custodial accounts, paid on death accounts, IRA accounts, burial accounts and beneficiary accounts. - Prospected new clients for sales increase via personal contacts and telemarketing. - Provided customer satisfaction by resolving ACH disputes, overdraft/fee charges, and fraud activities. - Maintained compliance standards in accordance with banking regulations and corporate guideline .
