-Conducted market analysis and competitor analysis on 20 major competitors, including IBM, GE, Rebellion Photonics, to identify attractive market segments for methane leakage detector -Identified product’s core competitiveness and pros & cons via SWOT analysis and interviewing R&D team -Developed insight hypotheses connecting products and leads by interviewing potential clients and industry experts -Analyzed feasibility of 4 commercialization business models and made a recommendation to client -Developed tech-to-market report for new methane leakage detecting technology
