Promoted into position and tasked with building new organization to launch a product in behavioral health market place. Developed infrastructure by hiring managers and representatives, creating training components which prepared sales force, and built sales analysis tools for field force. Collaborated with brand team to develop strategic launch plan and key performance indicators. Hired and lead 8 direct reports and 80+ indirect reports. Managed $350M P&L on annual basis through rigorous management of expense and focus on top line growth.
