Daily Duties at The Home Depot:

Recruited to lead team of 350 sales associates and 27 managers in promoting and marketing home improvement products and services. Worked closely with management team and department heads to streamline operations and increase sales opportunities. Responsibilities included P&L accountability, sales planning, customer relationship management, merchandising, inventory control, and overall store operations. Reviewed and measured productivity and goal achievement to determine which departments and services needed improvement. Oversaw weekly management meetings, provided guidance to achieve corporate goals.
