Entrusted with leading a team of 36 home improvement & remodeling sales specialists to establish market prospects and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goal of approximately $3M. Supervise weekly sales training seminars. Interface with vendors to assess customer needs and ensure appropriate delivery of products to meet client’s needs. Utilize exceptional communication and management skills to establish operating procedures for a 20-person call center. Hire and train call center manager. Monitor budgets and financial operations to ensure profitability
