Implemented divisions call center routing strategy, redefined VRU, and responsible for staff schedule optimization. • Launched first successful companywide Corinthian Online Services “In Touch” event showcasing company services while simultaneously creating excitement and confidence with potential external clients as an additional revenue stream. • Consultant and key member of Senior Management team representing Student Finance by leading various projects and influencing business decisions to maximize productivity while developing and reviewing communication plans with peers to ensure proper execution. • Reduced employee attrition by 10% year over year.
