Daily Duties at Zenith Education Group:
Manage the Financial Aid Office for a university with 25,000 enrolled undergraduate and graduate students. Led a team of 20 directors who managed 220 Financial Aid specialists in a fast paced call center setting to administer state and federal financial aid programs in 3 locations in Florida, Colorado and Arizona. The office has an annual operating budget of $18M and administers $275M annually in federal and state aid. Ensure federal and state legislative processes are followed, write policies and procedures, develop new processes and evaluate current processes, effectively deal with personnel situations, negotiate with stakeholders with varying agendas, manage change with a large number of employees, and overall administration of a large staff at a large for-profit university across three sites.
