Daily Duties at Kuehne Nagel:
Manage all aspect of the operation and distribution activities for the Franklin, MA facility for the world’s largest air and sea freight broker. Direct a staff of 16 Local 25 Union Workers along with 26 temporary associates, 3 CSR’s and management team of 5. Have implemented metric and KPI’s resulting in a 40% increase of productivity throughout the operation. Have improved processes within our inbound functions to ensure “dock to stock” within 24 hours and on time shipping for 98.5% of all orders. Was project manager on a DC consolidation project that was delivered on time and under budget.
