Daily Duties at Pacific Toxicology Laboratoreis:
Create and implement a business plan that reflects company vision to increase revenue and growth. Establish and develops substantial relationships with potential and existing clients in the following specialties: Pain Management, Anesthesiology, Psychiatry, Drug Rehabilitation, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery—Hip, Knee, Joint, Hand, Spine Adheres to business guidelines and sells products ethically and within industry and company guidelines. Conducts persuasive and effective sales calls, by telephone and in-person, resulting in increased revenue within territory. Meets or exceeds the defined territory sales targets. Provide regular updates to District Sales Manager by submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory results. Regularly meets with management to discuss sales activities, opportunities, and customer concerns. Develops a thorough understanding of lab operations, testing techniques, customer service support, and account on-boarding processes. Continuously develops professional and product knowledge by attending educational workshops, completing mandatory training, and reviewing professional publications. Resolves customer complaints by investigating concerns, developing solutions, making recommendations to management. Adheres to all HIPAA compliance requirements Evaluates market dynamics and adjusts sales presentations to target audience. Represent company brand in a positive and professional manner at all times Gather competitor intelligence from the territory.
