Oversaw strategic development & implementation for all Talent Acquisition & Staffing Branding Strategies; co-managed an $18 ML dollar staffing budget & responsible for a $5 ML talent acquisition budget; created a Web 2.0 strategic staffing infrastructure, which harnesses integrated (internal/external) systems & smart media strategies to improve service levels; managed 9 reports & supported 66 reports to fill 1,200 to 2,000 job openings across the globe; TALENT AQCUISITION MANAGEMENT: Managed sourcing team & channels: Offered global support in marketing, advertisement, internal/external sourcing, employee referral, job fairs, vendor management, diversity, college recruiting, etc. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Oversaw sourcing programs: workforce demand/supply forecasting, business needs, build vs buy, plans/budgets & metrics. STAFFING SYSTEMS LEADER: Led the successful optimization of ATS (Brassring) & later migration to Taleo, as well as, implemented a new CRM (SourcePoint); delivered customized solutions, improved the user experience, streamlined the apply process, enabled accurate tracking/reporting & overall better management. Integrated ATS & CRM & facilitated the creation of sourcing team. Implemented job distribution tools: TMP Pathways to centralize media buy, & Jobs2Web & Direct Employers for SEO/SEM strategies. MEDIA OPTIMIZATION: Led creative & strategic ideation setting & diversified a multi-million portfolio for digital deliverables. Social Media: Increased social media foot print across entire divisions. Advertisement: Strategically managed major boards, niche sites & on-line marketing buying & distribution. Marketing Platform: Used Jobs2web for SEO/SEM & landing pages, as well as, extensive campaign management of our ATS & CRM.
