Delivered the most advanced strategic staffing ecosystem (patent in progress) which harnesses integrated (internal/external) systems & smart media strategies which enable more hires than conventional sourcing teams: STAFFING SYSTEMS LEADER: Led to the successful optimization of Brassring ATS, then implemented SourcePoint and Avature CRMs: Brassring Kenexa (ATS): Delivered customized solutions: improved the user experience, streamlined the apply process, enabled accurate tracking/reporting and overall better management. Job Distribution Tools: Implemented TMP Pathways to centralize Stryker’s media buy, and Jobs2Web and Direct Employers for SEO/SEM strategies. DIGITAL STRATEGIST: Led creative and strategic ideation setting for digital deliverables. Research & Analysis: Performed qualitative & quantitative research and analysis for applicant behavior & conversion trends, web metrics and implemented improvements. Metrics & Reporting: Implemented auto-tagging source codes for every applicant, enabling full cycle tracking (view: search: apply: hire) using Google Analytics, Omniture, Jobs2Web and Pathways. Procurement: Led the procurement of top vendors. MEDIA OPTIMIZATION: Social Media: Increased Stryker’s social media foot print across entire divisions Advertisement: Diversified a multi-million portfolio and perceived significant savings by strategically procuring the right major boards, increasing niche sites and on-line marketing significantly. Marketing Platform: With Jobs2web improved SEO/SEM, landing pages for each business unit, and re-recruiting data from our ATS and CRM.
