Daily Duties at Comforce @ Boeing:

Responsible for driving Boeing’s new referral-recruiting strategy and implementation, including: Strategy: Led through influencing and utilizing firm relationships with leaders from project management, IT, legal, procurement, change management, staffing, privacy and operations; operationalized the leadership’s vision by leading the design and integration of various systems. Operations: Responsible for the creation and implementation of recruiting processes and system solutions across the globe, including: road map, scope, schedule, forecast, procurement, risk / issues / opportunities, compliance (OFCCP, EEO), data privacy, IT security, conflict-of-interest, and policy regulations. Social Referrals: Redesigned Taleo’s Social Sourcing into http://boe.upgrade.selectminds.com/ to fit Boeing’s processes and procedures, enabling every employee to share their social media contacts with internal recruiters and together fill jobs more efficiently. Architecture: Created master workflow defining an advanced process automation and new systems infrastructure, including: Oracle BI, DoubleClick, Oracle/Taleo ATS, Avature, Agency Portal, Agency Aggregator (BountyJobs), E-Verify, and Social Sourcing. Project Management: Led the overall Agile/Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and integrations between various systems; infused project management methods to optimize efficiencies across-functional teams and delivered project on-time, on-budget while greatly exceeding the scope.
