Daily Duties at Providence Health & Services:
Responsible for setting the strategic direction for recruiting technology solutions. Designs, implements, manages and evaluates TA systems including applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, video interviewing technology, interview scheduling systems and other related recruiting technology and systems. Enables other tools and systems to integrate successfully with the ATS. Accountable for managing technology operating policies and procedures as well as recommending short-term and long-term system solutions to support talent acquisition strategies, programs and processes. Consults on and produces business intelligence using data analytics and reporting. Enables the business to make business cases and make data based decisions through robust data analysis and tells the story of TA’s success and results through data. Responsible for providing technical and procedural training for all talent acquisition systems, including the design/delivery of training programs and preparation/maintenance of training materials. Designs and implements technologies and tools that are innovative and forward-looking, that are aligned with the strategic direction of the business and enables thoughtful candidate management, process flows and positive application experiences for candidates.
