 Worked with the VP of Perioperative Services to implement infection control measures across 48 operating rooms.  Edited and contributed the narration of an infection controls business case that was presented to senior leadership across the continuum.  Measured the impact of controls that would be used to decrease avoidable infections by interviewing vested stakeholders, researching industry best practices and analyzing potential threats for the initiative.
