Daily Duties at New York Presbyterian Hospital | Weill Cornell Medical :
Served as a Project Analyst, for the Director of Strategic Sourcing and assisted with activities related to clinical procurement, ranging from procure-to-pay operations, contract maintenance and coordinating purchasing activities across the hospital. Worked with the clinical procurement director and sourcing manager to address on-going credit hold issues with clinical suppliers. Tracked root-cause analysis for core supplier-specific issues and collaborated with end-user departments, accounts payable, and receiving to remediate root causes of the issues. Assisted with implementing process improvement techniques by constructing process maps and flowcharts that measured inputs, outputs, controls and resources between the clinical sourcing team and vendors.
