Direct and coordinate work for entire district. 85 direct reports performing field operations across entire state of North Dakota. I was responsible for payroll, billing, disputes, recruiting, development, training, service records, customer satisfaction, budgeting, scheduling, incident tracking, safety, housing, accounts receivable and payable, maintenance, ordering, expenses, P&L and Pivot reporting.
