Assisted in resolving issues with mortgage servicing portfolio of over 350K loans. • Ensured effective implementation of changes and improvements to Default Management teams by evaluating current methods and strategies. • Reduced number of compensatory fees assessed by client 50% while increasing customer satisfaction by producing accurate analysis and forecasting methods. • Enhanced efficiency of operational workflow while identifying areas of improvement by producing operational / management reports for business units and senior management. • Enabled productivity within first day of mortgage servicing software application conversion to new architecture by leading remediation of SQL scripts.
