Daily Duties at Telestream:
I have 13 years of Account Management experience and have developed managed and maintained C-level relationships. I have managed large key accounts in my previous positions and have put together very lucrative complex solutions for them. It is a multifaceted position that involves creating proposals, closing new business, upselling and robust project management of all of my accounts on many different levels. It involves escalating, expediting, facilitating, and strong communication skills to ensure the project or end result (installation, etc.) completes in a timely manner. Additionally, I have worked in the Federal Government space for several years and understand the processes and protocols that the Government has to follow (ie: GSA, sole source contracts, 8(a) vehicles to name a few. I understand the need to listen and learn the client’s requirements and challenges and present the proper business solution.
