Daily Duties at Beckman Coulter:
Manage and lead a Diagnostic Sales Team (5 direct reports) in the VA, SC, GA and NC, geographies. Deliver on the Commercial Operations Sales and Marketing Plans in Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Coagulation and Laboratory Automation to customers in the Hospital, Commercial and Clinical Research Laboratories. Hire, train, coach and develop an effective successful sales team. Align quota and territory responsibility.
