Daily Duties at Evoluzione Luxury Retail; Evolv Premium Retail:

Successfully led cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, warehouse operations, merchandising, human resources, administrative, finance and accounts towards achieving a sustained revenue growth every year. Directed a 60 member team to manage 6 stores nationally while participating in various road shows and national events to increase brand visibility and achieve revenue target. Achieved customer service excellence through constant training and mentoring of front end staff. * Instrumental in achieving high sell-throughs and low inventory surplus by introducing locale specific buying plans; Initiated multiple promotional events involving top designers at stores and offsite locations resulting in sustainable brand image acceleration * Introduced initiatives to streamline store and warehouse operations thereby boosting efficiency and controlling costs; Transformed organizational structure attaining new performance efficiency levels; Recruited, managed and mentored at all levels for front end and back end positions * Ideated and implemented marketing and sales strategies to achieve target revenue, increase brand awareness and expand customer database * Conceptualized and directed implementation of digital marketing strategy including social media and creative content idealization * Spearheaded retail operations for in-house manufacturing of apparel from design to delivery * Created detailed buying plan for stores, marketplaces, multi-brand shops and e-commerce; worked in conjunction with the design team and managed finished goods delivery
