Daily Duties at Railpower Locomotives / Hybrid Technology:
Led the development and execution of the business plan for the Product Services Department. Product Service covered all post-delivery support for the Railpower product line. Locomotives where in service in California, Texas, Illinois, and Canada. Reviewed performance of the locomotive in service fleet on a daily basis. Analyzed data for common failure modes, worked with the Systems engineering group to address customer concerns. The Rail industry operates in a 24/7/365 day environment.
