Leadership for the North American aftermarket sales group for Faiveley Transport, Graham White. Developed Sales budget, defined staffing requirements and set expectations for business performance. I was charged with leading the Sales team and growth of sales revenue for Graham White entity of Faiveley Transport. I had 5 sales representatives focused on the primary Class one Railroads and major regional railroads. Sales was broken down by customer, geography, and by Representative. Weekly reviews with each of the representitives and where we were at in comparison to the business plan was the primary focus. In the event that we uncovered a budgetary miss, jointly I would assist in development of a mitigation strategy that would shift product to another customer or address the customer needs with another product. Historical sales data provided a good baseline for the sales forecast, however changing in customer priorities, desires, needs, economics, environmental conditions could alter the material buy of the customer.
