Point of Contact for all correspondence with the Dean, maintained office in an efficient and organized manner, maintained the Dean's schedule and commitments, assisted with the planning and support of school wide events including faculty meetings, committee meetings, convocation, commencement, forums and conferences. Maintained employee database of critical and confidential information, as required, recruited, hired and trained and supervised clerical staff, and served as a referral source for students to provide them with information regarding scheduled and course changes.
