Daily Duties at Samsung Research America:
built up QA and Automation team to 12 from scratch within 6 months. built up automation framework for TV and Android using UI Automator, shell scripting, and Ruby on Rail. multiple weekly conference calls with different Samsung groups at HQ, Korea for planning, quality assurance testing and resolving technical issues. And multiple trips to South Korean to knowledge transfer and set up QA process at HQ 4. checked daily bug statistics and followed up with individual contributor if some bugs are not moving along. helped the organization to come up with current agile process, which is each sprint is 2 weeks long and each milestone having 4 - 5 sprint. Driving all quality initiatives including functional testing, automation, usability testing, dogfooding, UAT, and fixing defects
