Daily Duties at Abbott Nutrition Laboratory:
• Worked for Consumer Relationship business users on agile methodology implementation. • Worked on various applications including Target Base, Kana Integration, Release Management and Multiple Birth Program. • Configured and implemented Service Cloud Console for the Consumer Relationship project. • Responsible for writing Javascript scripts to address a variety of business requirements. • Directly handled different types of Service Cloud console issues with users. • Designed, coded and implemented the Multiple Birth Program process for the Similac marketing group. Solution included Apex classes, controllers, test classes, triggers and Visualforce pages. • Created a technical design document including the prototype code for Multiple Birth and Release Management. • Performed Administrator tasks including creating/customizing objects, sharing rules, permission sets, public groups, queues, field level security, lookup filters, reports and validation rules. • Implemented Kana Integration process with Abbott Kana email service. • Wrote an Apex class to parse out the Kana email from the Kana email service, create Contact, Communication and Case records and open the Contact as the primary tab with Communication and Case as sub-tabs. • Created/wrote unit test case for Multiple Birth Program, Kana Integration and Target Base applications. • Performed code cleanup for Target Base application and increased test coverage of all the Target Base apex classes. • Used EXTJ and Jquery to display the existing Contact and Communication data in the Target Base application. • Resolved monthly release cases for Target Base, Kana Integration and Multiple Births. • Performed production support and fixed the production issues for Target Base application, Kana Integration and Multiple Birth Program.
