Daily Duties at Unum:

• Worked with agile team to design and implement existing and new functionality. • Worked on enrollment event application for enrollment team. • Designed custom solution prototype for contact role for enrollment team which creates new contact and attaches the role to contact. Solution uses Apex, Visualforce pages, SOQL. • Collaborated with scrum team members to ensure designs produced can be translated efficiently into working solutions for feature delivery. o Responsible for writing feature summary document. • Participated in daily stand-ups, code reviews, design, sprint releases and retrospectives. • Wrote unit test classes for all Apex class and also re-factored existing classes and unit test classes. • Wrote technical documentation for many features, including Plane.biz validation, pre-brief agenda, submits to home office. • Designed and coded multiple Visualforce pages for various purposes to meet business requirements. • Wrote a web service class to generate the xml files that are exposed for consumption by other systems. • Customized telephonic view page for enrollment using Apex, Visulaforce page. • Designed, coded, implemented custom Account and Opportunity search functionality. • Communicated daily with the Scrum Master and the scrum team members for sprint tasks. • Critical participant in production deployment releases. • Responsible for analysis and resolution of multiple Service Cloud console issues. • Performed data exports and Imports using Apex Data Loader. • Resolved a variety of sub-production and production issues.
