Reviewed and maintained T&A (Timing and Action) development/production calendar, Created alliance with vendors and materials sources while reducing cycle time from materials to finished product. Launch expanded country of origin matrix (Europe, Turkey and India) Initiated CCW (cost containment worksheet) tracking costs by vendor and showing cost savings. Provide international leadership, Lead sourcing managers on growth strategy.
