Manage vendor matrix - build best in class matrix based on core competency, Build and maintain a strategic growth plan by vendor, Review and maintain production through delivery, Manage and track production/shipment to delivery, Travel domestic/internationally, Research and find new vendors based on product category, Work directly with license brand designers, Educated merchants and product development team on direct import process and practices, Coordinate sourcing strategies, negotiated costs and planned production. Reviewed and maintained T&A (Timing and Action) development/production calendar, Created alliance with vendors and materials sources while reducing cycle time from materials to finished product. Launch expanded country of origin matrix (Europe, Turkey and India) Initiated CCW (cost containment worksheet) tracking costs by vendor and showing cost savings. Provide international leadership, Lead sourcing managers on growth strategy.
