Promoted to lead the planners developing the customer-specific site drawings for medical imaging equipment and to create and maintain the drawing templates, typical drawing sets and cut sheets for the Site Planning organization. Subject matter expert, provided training internally and performed internal audits to ensure quality of drawings. Managed a remote team of 6 planners.
