Daily Duties at Siemens Healthcare:
Led the Site Planning function in support of 8000+ site preparation drawings/year required to support the installation of multi-million dollar equipment sales and potential sales for healthcare facilities across the United States. Managed a remote team of 19 site planners across a variety of imaging equipment. Created the strategic business plan and oversaw daily operations to insure the effectiveness and productivity of the team.
