Daily Duties at Cna Insurance:
•Manage multiple calendars, contacts, schedules appointments, arrange travel plans, prepare & submit expense reports •Create and maintain Atlanta Branch Shared Contacts Database •Maintain Agency information in Salesforce.com, run monthly reports, budget planning for Agents including planning documents, agency profiles •Assist with the implementation of training employees in Salesforce.com. •Coordinate projects, programs, events, and conferences for CUO and multiple directors. •Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, agenda, notices, minutes, presentations and other documents including email distribution lists, organization charts and maintain Agency Lists •Sort, prioritization and distribution of incoming calls and correspondence (email, fax and postal mail), maintain promotional marketing materials, initiate supply and maintenance requisitions, manage and maintain the use of the Branch pool cars, coordination of new employee and employee exiting processes (ordering or collecting equipment, setting up employee IDs, etc.)
