Daily Duties at Fcci Insurance Group:

• Provide administrative support including: managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements including conferences, Town Hall Meetings, and Annual Agent Meeting & Golf Tournament. • Handle/coordinate and obtain information for preparing reports and financial data, office support, work with agency licensing, and act as the primary contact liaison with building maintenance and security. • Crafted and distributed company-wide announcements. • Respond to telephone inquiries while recording potential client leads, greet, announce and direct visitors to others. • Submit expense reports and reimbursements for management staff • Handle regional invoices. pool car requests, and maintenance for vehicles, order supplies, receive, distribute and send mail, operate keyboard devices effectively, performs other related duties as assigned
