Daily Duties at Keane Group:

HSE: As a QHSE representative for Keane I monitored BBP (Behavioral Based Performance cards) creating a weekly spreadsheet and report based on their content. Did root cause analysis of all near misses, accidents and spills. Suggested solutions and was involved in implementing and following up on recommendations both internally and with customer (if they were involved). I have completed the required managerial training for reasonable suspicion substance abuse testing. I have completed the 30 hour OSHA Hazard Recognition training for General Industry. Routinely went to location to monitor rig up and down. Trainer: At Keane I handled all new hire orientation as well as all ongoing or specialized training. Presented JJ Keller forklift training, several hazmat modules and respirator training. Half day presentation of Work-safe which was an internally developed program designed by the head of our HSE department Clay Reavis. Presented a full day of T & T’s defensive driving program and did commentary drives. Created power point presentations for the following subjects where we were experiencing on-going difficulties. A) Winter Driving / geographically specific driving hazards. B) Finger and hand injury prevention. C) Backing D) Full day presentation on crane training keying on load chart exam. E) Log books and DVIR forms While at Halliburton I was a certified proctor and assessor for crane exams. D.O.T. Compliance Officer and Driver Trainer: As the D.O.T. Compliance officer I handled all road test certifications. For our CDL permitted drivers I handled all training to include pre-trip inspections, log and DVIR form instruction, static brake check, backing etc. I also accompanied them to their exams. I oversaw bringing our DQ files in house as well as log auditing with JJ Keller scan log software. Routinely attended seminars to keep abreast of all aspects of D.O.T. compliance and Hazmat regulations.
