Daily Duties at Itt Technical Institute:
• Effective use of the Performance Management Cycle to plan, organize and direct Academics, Placement, Recruitment, Finance, Registrar and Career Services functions utilizing the human and financial resources with the local college to meet ITTESI business objectives. Primary responsibility is to deliver the business goals of the campus that are consistent with the approved operating plan, policies and procedures. • Planned and administered educational objectives, plans and programs of ESI and the College by managing the college’s Academic Affairs Department faculty, staff, effective implementation of curriculum and students. Conducted program reviews and data analysis. Advised employees and faculty on issues relating to policy, program, compliance and administration. Sponsored professional committees designed for ESI faculty and students. Advised students in regard to academic objectives. Delivered results consistent with approved operating plan.
