• Designed a project for assessing the permeability of molecular gas separation through polymer membrane • Performed heat and material balance calculations, equipment sizing for batch processes, pumps, compressors, distillation column and scrubbers • Conducted data analysis and determined the capital cost and payback period for the entire process • Evaluated and implemented modifications to achieve 10% cost reduction and 15% increase in conversion rate • Simulated entire process using Aspen Plus with data analysis by Minitab
