• Created PowerPoint analysis and presentations of financial results monthly, quarterly and annually for $75 million manufacturing company for Board of Directors and Mezzanine Investors. • Worked directly under CFO with IT department to create working reports to snapshot multiple aspects of manufacturing and product profitability and enhance information extraction • Improved order and billing accuracy and reduced customer service call volume by 90% for the largest customer by designing and implementing an online private customer order entry system. • Scoped project, created RFP, defined business rules, and documented requirements. Analyzed existing system to introduce new data stream, lead a team of users, programmers and customer to facilitate consensus on user interface structure and process stability. Mapped business processes. Created QA test plan, training material and led implementation. • Reviewed and implemented all voice and data communication contracts.
