Supporting corporate and business applications across all lines of business at The Hartford. Recent projects include Sr. BA for controlled check disbursement system upgrade, supported DWM Batch Processing operations, including bank processed check files and check images for web-based application development requirements, requirements and testing, COTS upgrades, image file import and storage, AGILE project lead, file feed creation, monitoring and troubleshooting, Oracle database analysis using TOAD, PeopleSoft General Ledger applications, Requirements management and traceability, mentoring and training. Manage production system upgrades and enhancements for enterprise applications
