Daily Duties at Cec Entertainment, Inc.:
Responsible for the total operation of 12 locations across northern California. This includes the hiring and training of all managers. assisting locations with in store manpower plans Ensure all food in all locations are prepared , presented and delivered per the standard Assist with local LSM in locations and in store sales building initiatives Ensure all games and rides are working and safe Store must be kept clean using effective daily maintenance programs Coach and council employees as needed/ perform annual reviews on managers as they become due. Labor budgets hit by having well cross trained staffs All OSHA and Labor Board laws followed stores contributed quality profits Any inventory discrepancy was looked into that week and a corrective plan put into place.
