Daily Duties at Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.:
Was responsible for managing the day to day performances of the underwriting, compliance and customer service departments. Was the liaison between operations, sales and management and worked to streamline processes, improve productivity and increase quality and compliance. Managed workflow by assigning daily tasks and completing daily reports. Performed monthly and annual team and individual evaluations. Was also responsible for presenting information and communicating information to our customers through presentations and conference calls. Oversaw the interviewing, hiring and training for all three departments. Daily tasks included pipeline management, compliance reports, customer service reports, cross-selling of services, and guideline/product reviews.
