Trained, supervised, and evaluated 250+/- call center employees; coached, mentored, and conducted annual reviews; and evaluated compensation increases. Accountable for 17 accounts with call volumes ranging from 100 to 6,000 calls per day. Managed ISO 9001 auditing efforts and functioned as site leader for eight months during merger.
