Daily Duties at Xerox:
Directed call center business unit with accountability for service delivery, operations, IT, HR, and facilities. Controlled planning, staffing, budgeting, prioritizing of expenses, and recommending and implementing strategic improvements. Oversaw labor planning, problem resolution, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.
