Daily Duties at School Employees Retirement System :
Brought on board as #2 officer to provide visionary leadership and positive organizational change management. Served as Deputy Executive Director supporting the Executive Director and the Board, working in concert to develop and implement goals, operating plans, and policies. As COO, managed all daily operations and provided leadership, guidance, and training for staff of 5 senior managers, 37 mid-managers, and 165 employees with full authority for $24 million+ budget and $60 million in capital assets.
