Daily Duties at Encompass Technologies:
Answer incoming phone calls about questions or problems they are having with the software. Often times I would log bugs or system errors and escalate to the needed development team and managers. Give trainings or webinars to clients new to their role or when we dropped a new code version. Traveled on site with a project manager to implement and train new software.
