Daily Duties at Encompass Technologies:

Gather software requirements, create SOW, perform data conversion from old software to new purchased software, data validation, train entire company how to use the software for their sole job title, bring team onsite and organize training or job duties for them, evaluate and solve problems that occur or may occur. After implementation is over and we live the customer location I was responsible for additional training as needed, new problem audits and post installation support.
